Free Initial Consultation By Phone

Our initial Free Consultation meeting is usually a telephone conversation at which time we’ll learn about you, your family, and the family member that needs assistance in applying for Medicaid. You will be able to determine if our service is right for you.

In-Person Meeting

If it appears that Medicaid Eligibility, Inc. and an attorney we work with, is able to help and you would like to take the next step, we will meet with you at the nursing home, or at one of our offices located throughout the state. At this meeting, we will review the applicant’s situation in much greater detail. This meeting will be an intake meeting on behalf of the attorney to gather the asset and income information needed so a plan can be established for Medicaid eligibility.

Take Away

By the conclusion of this meeting, you will learn valuable information/facts about applying for nursing home Medicaid, and why your choice to consult with us was a good decision.

How We Are Compensated

Helping Americans obtain Medicaid long-term care they require.

Medicaid Eligibility, Inc. will perform the Florida Medicaid Application-Approval. We charge a very reasonable fee based on what the applicant’s needs are and that depends on the complexity of your particular circumstances. We do not charge based upon how much assets a client has. We charge the same thing to everyone based upon what we have to do. You could say we charge A la carte.

If you don’t need it, we don’t charge for it. This keeps your fee as low as possible. Also, as a Florida Licensed Financial Advisor, we provide Medicaid compliant annuities if it is in the clients best interest or guaranteed issue life insurance for Funeral Trust Final Expenses. These are often the very best way to preserve and protect assets and there is no cost to the client for these value-added products and consulting services.  We do receive commissions from the Insurance Companies as part of our compensation.
